Leading the sale or acquisition of Large Assets such as full residential Buildings, Commercial, Schools or hospital buildings. Before we take on the mandate, a general assessment of the asset is done, then we move to conduct a detailed financial modeling study by our inhouse financial experts. In the assessment phase, risk and sensitivity analysis are studied thoroughly, general and specific profitability scenarios are modeled. Once all variables are reviewed, we move on to acquiring the asset for the right price on behalf of our client.
In the case of off-loading/selling the asset we organize private and extremely discrete assessments with the right buyers for the highest price and lead the process internally in a very organized manner keeping all parties fully informed of the progress at all times.
